Christ at the Workplace (April 21, 2015)

Please meet Alice on the left. She works at Creative Copper and wanted me to know she was a Christian and that several of the employees come to work early so they can pray together.  One of the owners, Michael Bam

has a pastor come in to lead a short service. We are in the process of trying to locate Bibles written in Venda. There is a radiant feeling of goodness in this place. 

Creative Copper is a place of magical imaginings. Lovely earrings, bracelets,

dinnerware, cupboard handles, serving pieces, key holders, ice buckets and so many other things. Blow torches, cutting metal, stamping designs are handled by these talented people.

 

It is inspiring to hear the ladies sing while they work. The Venda love to sing and dance. Joy is a natural part their personality. They do not let circumstance determine how they feel. I learned a lot from them this day.
